On June 2, 2022, at the initiative of NCE RK "Atameken", a meeting was held on the technical regulation of the Halal industry of Kazakhstan with business representatives. The following issues were discussed: the launch of the E-CTRM technical regulation information system, the export of Halal products by Kazakh companies to Arab countries, the lack of expert advice on technical regulation issues and many other issues.

As everyone knows, today Halal certification is a voluntary activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan and is not regulated at the legislative level. In this regard, there are difficulties in controlling this market.

Being the founders of the Halal industry in Kazakhstan since 2005, AHIK will always support the government's initiative to structure this market.

To date ALE "Association of Halal Industry of Kazakhstan" is included in the system of the International Halal Certification Bodies Alliance (International Halal Integrity Alliance) and is recognized in the JAKIM system (Malaysia).
